It is our desire to make your stay memorable. A warm welcome, cozy comfortable rooms, good food, peaceful surroundings - a good start to enjoying all that Niagara-on-the-Lake has to offer.
We are conveniently located on Mississauga Street, the main street coming into Niagara-on-the-Lake. A beautiful, leisurely walk will take you to the shores of Lake Ontario, to the centre of town with all of the shops, excellent restaurants and of course, the three Shaw Festival theatres. A short distance further brings you to historic Fort George or to the walking, biking and rollerblading trails along the gorgeous Niagara Parkway.
Ashgrove Cottage is a Victorian-style home. The rooms are warm and inviting. Guests are free to sit and relax in the comfortable living room or take a coffee or cold drink out to the large verandah.
We are a cycle-friendly bed & breakfast, and a participating member of Cycle & Stay Niagara.
Breakfast is served in the dining room each morning at 8:30. A usual menu would include juice, tea and coffee, fresh fruit, a choice of cereals, yogurt, a hot entrée and fresh home-made baked goods. We want to be sensitive to people with food allergies, so please inform us when booking your stay. A full gluten-free menu is available on request.
